Usb to spdif with existing dac beginner question

I have what I consider a very god dac with its superb power supply -47 labs-, and if I use a usb to spdif bridge like the m2tech hiface, etc, what are my options? I only see 24 192 files to download, would i be limited to 16 44 or 48 files? which i do not see anywhere.

Or can i convert these to 16 44 which seems to me is downgrading quality... Othe option would be to rip cd redbook to the computer but i am not really interested on that.
So is the option a new usb dac? Thanks.
