Apple will end up making better "semi-computing," "other" devices, (like Apple TV, iWatch, car net/A-V devices), better; as it moves away from traditional computers? Already, the AppleTV is "better" than most all the other video streaming/recorders.
Will the emphasis away from computers, now inspire audio manufacturers to start building digital file transports? (Especially since computers will be incapable or less capable)?
Apple has only ever given "lip-service" to a multi-media capable "center" to control "entertainment" and multi-room entertainment. {Although with their computers, - they've traditionally had superior video}, - their worse than poor audio, has been insulting.
"Asylums with doors open wide,
Where people had paid to see inside,
For entertainment they watch his body twist
Behind his eyes he says, 'I still exist.'"
