by August, I'll have 15 years doing this job, on one asylum, or another and at one point, four of them and I've always been more lenient than other mods here. I even managed movie theatres this way, but sometimes it comes back to bite me.
Fred, Abe and Teresa were/are all very nice, even when given a timeout, but we can't have a good portion of our inmate base freakin' out over acts from a few.
It's funny, because unlike Teresa over on HiRez, where she was a single person fostering upheaval, here it's been multiple people, with most complaints being directed at different actors, depending on who was doing the complaining.
I don't mind bona fide complaints, but there are personalities here who seemingly stalk other people and enjoy tattle-tailing on those inmates.
Like somebody said about baseball, it's always easier to fire the manager, than it is to fire the entire team.
