What software did you use to back-up with? (I'm wondering if the back-up software renamed your original files somehow.) Are all the music files still in their original location with their original name? If all the files are still where they were, you might try to import your library again in JRiver. I think there is probably a simple solution. The best place to post your question is on the JRiver Interact forum.
