But I just installed 8.1 on a new home PC. I wish I would have gotten 7. 8.1 is too different for me. It's easy to get it to boot to a normalish desktop but the "Apps" looks is always looming. It's been frustrating to figure out how to launch programs. I've had to pin them ALL to the desktop of taskbar to save time and aggravation.
