I played it through my main system and the bass was excellent. I first played on my Toshiba Satellite notebook computer and there was no bass at all. I was rather surprised to hear the depth and quality of the bass when played on a good system with a subwoofer. Some of the stuff on YouTube seems to have excellent fidelity when captured with an Oppo BDP-105D and played through a full-range speaker system.
