not sure, if you look at the flow chart, DOP 64 is supported for AES, Optical and Coaxial.
There's no option to turn it on, I do know the sound of DSD quite well and I believe DOP is active by default to PCM hardware input streams. I don't have a way of verifying this with measurement equipment however.
Either the chipset is really really good, or I am indeed listening to DSD :)
