RE: Marantz NA 8005 in the house

It seems you don't have even the basic concept of network streaming, so I will move on.

Which brings me back to my first premise..if you want to use a computer and USB DAC, which is fine, why did you try a network streamer? Again, there are USB only DACs strictly for use with computers that would be a better choice.

If you want to move "up" from the Korg, then that provides for different recommendations. The Marantz HD DAC1 I mentioned is a great choice, also the Benchmark DAC2, and I am sure others can recommend more. You need to say how much you want to spend.
