Any recommendations for KVM?

I want to get my Windows 7 PC out of my listening room, but still have keyboard, mouse, video, and audio capability in the room. So I am thinking that a KVM set up with audio would work fine, connected with Cat6 ethernet.

Does anyone have solid KVM recommendations that are not too expensive? I see an NTI device that retails for $465, and seems to have a good reputation - - kind of expensive, so I am hoping for more economical yet effective solutions. TIA!
