YouTube takes on Spotify and Beats with Music Key subscription service

This is going to be huge and dwarf Spotify, Beats, Pandora, etc.... Anybody following this?

In addition a 30+ million song library, a YouTube Music Key subscription will give you access to thousands of ad free music videos for non-stop streaming and unlimited skips. I own a couple hundred music videos but having access to thousands of them ad free is appealing.

I think this will eventually sink the niche players like Spotify, Pandora, Beats, etc.

It's no TIDAL, but I believe the audio quality is in the range of 320kbps MP3, or comparable to Spotify.
