Assuming you have gigabit ethernet throughout the home that should not be the bottleneck in a home NAS setup.
You can't evaluate all those individual components and come up with an idea of how the NAS will perform. It has a lot to do with the NAS controller hardware, software, and how the protocols are implemented.
Additionally, various NAS offer various features including management interface so you'll want to evaluate which of those features might be beneficial to you and how easy or cumbersome they are to manage.
If you do some Google searches you'll find some relatively current NAS performance benchmarks and comparative reviews.
You really have to evaluate the entire NAS product against its most comparable competition. If you read the reviews, there's just a small handful of brands that are always on top. Then you weigh which brand / model is best suited for your intended use and budget.
