Looking at the manual - the answer is Yes.

Your computer will be nothing more than a network storage, from BD player's perspective. It does play FLAC at 24/192, according to specs.

I suspect your question is more for actual owners of that Panasonic player, along the lines "does it REALLY work, and how well?" - and this forum is probably not the most likely place to find such an owner.
