There are many internet radio stations streaming at 320, 256 and 192k. The question is whether those stations play music that you want to hear. As you've probably seen, a quick search turns up a lot of choices.
I use an iFi Nano idsd dac with a laptop or iPad. It's an inexpensive solution that works really well for me. I can't say it's any better or worse than my old analog tuner. I don't remember and don't much care. It sounds good but more importantly, I'm discovering great music new to me which I wouldn't have otherwise have known about. It's brought back an element of fun that was missing from my listening.
