Define what you mean by "replace". If you want to listen to the radio stations that you're used to listening to - say, a local jazz or classical station, then it may not be doable. Most radio stations transmit their internet feeds at a bitrate that is barely adequate for background listening. Some stations offer a higher bitrate, but that may still be below the quality of good FM. Others (very few) transmit in a format that is essentially CD quality. The pickings there, however, are very slim.
