And I know it sounds simplistic, but did you shut down JRM and the computer and restart before you tried again?Are you sure you are not getting any msg's in another window such as conversion not need, etc.? Do you get a "Complete" msg. after conversion? I haven't converted files for a long time, but I think you are supposed to get a "Complete" after a successful conversion.
