Well, budget is budget, that is real life too.
But… while shopping for another unit, do give the Apollo Twin a listen.
Just too be informed about the new level in price <-> audio quality performance ratio this Apollo Twin is setting. Universal Audio definitely has set an new reference point.
I’m familiar with the sound quality coming from units like: Prism Orpheus, Apogee Symphony IO, Metric Halo ULN-2, ect. The Apollo Twin comes frighteningly close in sound quality but at only 20 – 25 % of the price level of these units ! Competition will get a headache. :-)
