Logitech phone support.... not so good, unfortunately.
First it takes three numbers to get to someone who is the right person to ask about Media Server.
I keep getting routed to the Philippines and frankly these guys all sound like they are a few bricks short of a load.
The question... 'does media server work on Mac OS/X Mavericks' is a real stumper and the guy has to go spend five minutes looking up the answer.
Seriously, if your job is to support Media Server and you don't even know if it runs on a MAC.... GET ANOTHER JOB.
I keep hoping there will be a replacement for the Touch someday, but all we get is more two thousand dollars servers with built-in dac's I don't want or need.
So, being careful here... are you running Media Server on a MAC Mini with OS/X????
