USB 3.Optical Cables Coming

Music servers and other computer based digital audio technologies.

Assuming one has a self powered USB DAC, will this be the solution to allow folks to move their music PCs (somewhat far) away from their USB DACs with (hopefully) little or no sonic penalty??? Will a Async I/O type USB DAC work properly through such a cable??? Looks interesting...and would be interesting to see how Async I/O USB DAC works and measures through such a cable.
