need OSX app for audio DVD-V

hello,

I have some 24bit/96 in FLAC which I converted to 24bit-96 WAV and I would like to burn a regular DVD to be played on a regular DVD player. So I guess I need Audio_TS and Video_TS files not ISO. On OS X and free if possible.
I don't need to add menus or pictures or video, the TV will be off when these DVDs play.

doesn't have to be 1 app, it could be a few steps with a few apps.
