I ripped each CD I own as one file. I don't need/want tracks -- sort of a "drop the needle and let it play" approach for digital. If the high level folder is Rock, a subfolder may be "A-F", and the top file (is probably) "Allman Bros - Eat a Peach" So all I really need is some folder type of organization. If I can't do that (and I'm beginning to think not), maybe converting to AIFF and tagging is what I'll have to do. Sounds like a lot of work. Thanks for your suggestion/help.
