Not sure about two hard wired with USB and/or toslink, but if you have multiple devices on the network you can stream to as many as you want. I have 3 Airport Express' and an Apple TV and you can feed them all at once over the network. iTunes and Airplay see them all. I don't know if it would see two hard wired DACs.
