4 cycles@533MHz = 0,00750 microsecond (Value)
5 cycles@667MHz = 0,00749 microsecond (value)
5 cycles@800MHz = 0,00625 microsecond (HyperX)

So one would guess HyperX is best choice. Downside is it needs more current than Valueram. I tried both and found Valueram more tweakable, more stable and better sounding, maybe due to lower power consumption.

I think you could order both Valuerams, and try which one provides lowest cycle-time and/or best SQ
