Has anyone besides me and Cousin Billy and a few others tried either replacing/upgrading OEM electrolytics in the twin power supplies for the circlotron output stage or bypassing the electrolytics with film capacitors, large or small? This could be in the context of either an Atma-sphere amplifier or any other circlotron. I am wondering whether one can actually hear differences that depend more on capacitor size and type than on the absolute amount of capacitance. For sure, lots of capacitance can be "heard" in the form of better low frequency extension, at least by me.
