I've had great experiences with the Psvane series offered by Grant Fidelity. 12AX7, 12AU7 and 12AT7s along with their new EL84 line. New, with a sheet showing the individual tube results. I bought a passel when they first came out for the intro pricing and have had no regrets, failures or disappointments. They were just tested and have hardly drifted off when new. Many thousands of hours on all.
Most importantly they are very quiet and sound awesome!
