I own a NYAL futterman OTL 4 purchased in the early '80 from EARSNOVA. When a problen occured Mr. Ted Hammond repaired it for me. The unit worked great for the next 20 years. I lost track of Mr. Hammond and could not locate him when a problem occured. I tried another local service with very limited success. I would like to contact Ted to have my OTL repaired. Last time I drove to his home in up state New York.
