I don't get - how this amp deal with 16 unmatched tube sections in output stage??? No influence on sound quality? It's against all my experience with PP tube amps...

I say it dose influence the sound...an i have put matchet tubes in
the M60... No better sound ...an thay were the frist tube to run away...go figg....but for me the big down side..To the OTLs.. it the heat!
I have a Diyed pr of MA1s also...28 6AS7s..an 86SN7...You can cook meat in the room...HOT!
I can get great sound for me out of 4 kt88/kt120..an two output tranfourmers

But like All things Audio... If you dont GO you wont NO...Atma-Sphere OTL amps are the Best sounding i have had.
