I sat down last night with old calculator and the 52.2 Ohm resistors are indeed 52.2, not 52.2K as you might have been thinking. There is approx. +3VDC on the cathodes of the 6DJ8 which is a normal amount of voltage considering a line level input. One other thing I noticed was how the 6EJ7/EF184s are wired, screen drive? Or mislabeled/misdrawn schematic? Another thing is the bootstrap from the output PS to the input tube, I wonder why that is necessary. If you build it and it doesn't work/sound good you're only a couple steps away from diy Atma-Sphere! As for the thermistor it's labeled different from the other two in the power supply if that means anything, no clue otherwise.
