What about the Ken Rads VT231? Or the round plate Tung Sols?

Are these a more neautral tube?

How about any of the NOS british tubes like Mullard, Cossor or Brimar? I heard these can be warm (I just dont want it overly warm as it starts to sound to slow / muddy.
