I am using a S30Mk3 with a Bent Audio TVC and I think the results are outstanding. I have identified no downside to using a TVC so long as you have sufficient gain. I have sensitive speakers (107db/W) and quite honestly and additional gain would be a problem!
The Atmasphere amp is a fantastic piece of work and my only regret is that I waited so long before trying one.
