Hi Ralph! I guess you are the Ralph who built my amp, and I must say it is some piece of art. I was listening to an old Can CD yesterday (Mute remastering), quite an aural experience!
I have another question, since we are on the subject of passive pre-amp.
My passive is quite simple: it is just two pots, value=100K.
Do you have any opinions on the output impedance of passive that would be a good match? Some people are advocating strongly against 100K for a 100K input, saying that 10K would be more "theoritically" correct. I am very curious to know if you had any concrete experience on that specific subject.
