Yep, my EV Pats are 104db from the factory. I use to agree with your assesment of the 300B until I rolled the KR300B tubes for my old and tired EH300B tubes. With the KR300B, the amp is a fast and detailed as I've ever heard. I want to find a ST30 OTL thought, just for a comparison.
