The tube was made in the US by RCA and the Chatham-labeled tubes seem to be the same thing. Westinghouse made their own version as did Sylvania. There was a Tung-Sol variety too- that had better specs (better linearity) than the RCA. For that matter, the Westinghouse and Sylvania seem to be more linear too.
Western Electric made a version of the tube called the 421A, and TungSol had a variant called the 5998 that was very similar...
