The only Russian 6C33C sockets I have ever seen are white ceramic with silver plated contacts.. never came across any brown (mica?) parts.
In the older days, each 6C33C shipped with one of these white ceramic sockets, right in the box with the new tube. I'd be slightly skeptical of others sold as 'original Russian'.
What are the prices like?
