I personally use a pair of Atma-sphere MA240 monoblock amplifiers that have been so highly modified by me that the circuit bears only a general resemblance to the original product. The power output is about 120W per channel into 8 ohms. I use them to drive Sound Lab M1 ESLs. You don't need that much power to drive the Quad 63s, but it wouldn't hurt either. I have heard the Quad 63s driven by the Cary 845 SET, which I think makes about 50W, and the sound was superb.
