For cleaning, Caig DeoxIT works well and so does 90% pure isopropyl alcohol. Always apply first to a cleaning cloth, Q-tip, pipe cleaner, etc., never directly. Walker SST is not a cleaner, it's a contact enhancer to be applied only to already clean surfaces.
