If the problem followed the tubes to the other chassis, then it's safe to assume that the problem is in the tubes. Specifically, the tube in the V4 (driver) position.

All Atma-Sphere amps derive the output section bias from the cathode voltages of the 6SN7 driver (V4). Any failure (or change) of this tube is going to affect both total bias and DC offset.

It is entirely possible that your V4 tube has an intermittent or partial short that is not detected by the Hickok - as the Hickok, along with pretty much every other tube tester does not test the tube under *actual* cicruit conditions. Most notably, the plate voltages and cathode currents are much lower.

Toss the offending V4, and get a newbie.
