Is replacing the 6SN7 worth it?

Hi all,
Just wondering if, in your experience, replacing the one or more 6SN7 tubes in an Atma-Sphere amp makes a worthwhile difference.
If so, which tube is most important? I assume front left is the first tube in the signal path. I'd prefer not to invest in 10 NOS tubes... Yes, 10. For some reason I have 5 input tubes in each of my M-60s.
