The 10 is too old to have specs for maximum cathode current or plate dissipation, so you pretty much have to use the highest listed conditions in the specs. The maximum listed current is 18mA. At that current, 300 volts plate to cathode would match the operating point to a 5K load; bias about 19 volts.
Matching rp to Rload gives the maximum power gain, ideal for spud amps or other cases where the available drive voltage is small. It suggests an old, low-gain driver tube such as an 01-A, 26, 27, or 37 would be a good match. Or another 10, of course!
