at this point, i've found the Sheild (SH) tab on R080 does not make a difference whether connected to ground or not.
HV center tap is connected to grnd buss that goes to safty chassis grnd.
AND, i've clip leaded the EXOO1 plate choke off the chassis, and reduction in Hum is observed.
