what do you have to do in Italy to get a MC endoresement?
In the states it relatively simple--- a small "drivers" test and
perhaps a written test. No MC safety course required.
I've heard that in some Euro countries new riders are limited by
cc's (displacement) until they get a year or so under their belts.
In the states--- get your license and you can buy and ride any bike
made. Perhaps not the best idea--- but "freedom" trumps "safety and common sense" here.
