If your going to be running the tubes at 200 mils then I would get the gap for the 200 mils--- remember that our plate current rating is not (like many companies do) at "knee of the curve" or a max plate current rating. Our dc current rating reserves at least half of the available flux density to provide a lot of AC magnetic headroom. So if you go over a weee bit on the nominal dc current rating your not going to hit the wall. But, again, the advantage of the lower plate current is that you will get more L which will provide a much more stable, non-reactive loadline for the tube to work into. But it's your choice and I have preliminarily marked up your order for a 250 mil airgap.
re: delivery. Our standard quote for delivery is four to six weeks. We will be in good shape IF I have coil stock at the shop--- but if we have to wind the coils it will be much closer to the six week timeframe--- as the winding schedule is relatively full right now.
