The best 2A3 I tried is SuperTNT 2A3C tubes from supertnt.com. They are $68/pair but shipping is a killer. This is in comparison to Sovtek 2A3 and some NOS RCA/Sylvania/Marconi 2A3 tubes. I think I will bite the bullet and order another quad.
