Hi.

The 3.3uf would be moreso a correct value capacitor than a point 22.

Remember--- you need the blocking cap to keep the dc plate current of your driver tube off of the grids of your power tubes. This cap in series with the L of the phase splitting transformer will form the potential for a resonance within the audio band--- you want this resonance to be well below the audio range. The larger the cap (all other things being equal) the lower in frequency your circuit will go resonance free.
