Hi Dan:

not exactly sure what info your looking for. if we consider the primary winding and the source of power to the primary winding as being the "source"... then we would need to include (I think) pri copper losses, iron losses (which will vary depending on load on primary), and the impedances of the "lines" (power source) feeding the primary itself.

If I am way off (kinda hopin' I am :=) and you want the secondary high voltage dcr then it's simple--- 193 ohms.
