RH-60 vs TFA204

Hi,
I'm planning to build 2A3 SE. Thinking of 12AT7 CCS loaded ala Paramour as driver RC coupled to 2A3 with operating point around 50-55mA / 300V
The OPT : what would be the difference between RH-60 and TFA204? I know RH-60 primary is 5k which would mean less power and distorsion? What about musical quality, i.e. bass, treble, etc.?
What is the difference in term of build quality between these two?
