I'd fathom a guess that the transformers were wound at some "generic" commercial trannie factory, perhaps Chicago Transformer, or the company that made the Heathkit trannies). It definitely does not look like Acro or Peerless iron.
I would SWAG that power and output iron for the Dynaco (or Dynaclone) MKIII (Mark 3) would do the job quite nicely.
Triode Electronics (in Chicago) has their own "Dynaclone" iron wound locally, and it is manufactured using the same techniques which David Hafler & co specified.

A good approach would be to measure your trannies' dimensions and see how they compare to the MKIII (or ST-70) iron.
If you want to got he "extra mile" then the Peerless Iron would be a nice upgrade!
