As I said in a previous message I am working now on an active xover (actually a line driver followed by a passive LC filter).
The line driver is happily working ... I am just rebuilding the PSU and some metalwork is still missing.

I am testing the filter now (as you see on the right end of the pic) ... and I was wondering what cap should I pick up? Do you have any preferred brand? This is my very first xover so suggestions are really appreciated. I am considering to buy some WIMA FKP1 and use many of them (0.22*6=1.32uF) to make a bigger cap. OH! I would stay on a certain budget...
Please note that you need bigger Cs and Ls to get the freqs indicated on the filters schematic ... that's after my tests on the bench. On the schematic is shown my spice guessing.
