Per the original schematic the blocking cap (C7) was placed on the AC ground side of the output transformer (T4). Which is fine. You can also place C7 in between the plate of the tube and the upper (plate) terminal of the output transformer.
Electrically putting the cap in the top leg (plate lead) of the output trans keeps both the DC current and the DC voltage out of the primary. It is therefore even more bulletproof from an electrical POV.
One point on terminology--- the bottom leg of the output trans which goes to ground is NOT B- (or B+)--- it is AC ground. I try to identify the two terminals as the plate and the other as AC GROUND.
B+ is supplied through the plate choke (T5).
