transformers/chokes set for Paramount monoblocks

I would like to purchase set of chokes and output transformers for my Paramount mono blocks.
I cannot decide if I should go with:
1 PAIR OF BH-5 NICKEL PINSTRIPE OUTPUTS
AND 1 PAIR OF BH-7 PLATE CHOKES
or:
1 PAIR OF BH-5 ALL NICKEL OUTPUTS
AND 1 PAIR OF BH-7 PLATE CHOKES
What would be difference in sound and how much are they now?
Also how I would go about ordering them?
