BH-1 has an 8K impedance.
It would match the 4K design target if you put 4 ohms speakers on the 8 ohm tap, or 8 ohms speakers on the 16 ohm tap. Potential disadvantages are double the resistive losses, and possible high frequency restriction - I don't know the leakage inductance so I'm not sure whether that's a problem or not. Fortunately, if it can take 2 watts at 8K it can take 4 watts at 4K.
The BH-2 plate choke is rated 40mA, so it will not do - but a BCP-15/50mA would be fine under the chassis.
The BH-1 has wires from both sides, so there might need to be a couple of extra holes drilled in the chassis plate.
